Yarramalong Farm Visit

OPTIONS Social Connections had a wonderful day experiencing farm life at  Yarramalong Valley Horse Farm Stay.

The farm is home to Forest Hill Arabian Stud Farm with over 40 majestic Purebred Arabian Horses.

Our Farm Adventure Crew enjoyed taking part in the Farm Tour which invovles a hands on tour of the farm on the ‘feed run’, distributing hay and carrots to the horses.

The farm is disability friendly, so everyone was able to join in and go into the paddocks, either in the 4WD Mule or riding in the Hay Trailer.

The horses galloped around and were very excited to see their visitors bringing them food.

There are also lots of other animals to feed including goats, miniature horses, alpaccas, lop-eared rabbits, guinea pigs and silkie chickens.

It was a wonderful and totally immersive experience for our Farm Crew who especially enjoyed petting the small animals and exploring the horse paddocks.
