Spend time with friends who enjoy the same things as you, join our groups who attend regular Social Connections events together.
It’s a great way to improve your social skills, connect with others and create new friendships.

FUN FOR THE LADIES
Women’s Group
Connect with other women and develop your skills in communication and socialisation with other females. This group participates regularly in a variety of different activities and events that allows them to explore and discuss navigating the community safely
Our Women’s Group offers a great variety of new and exciting ways to connect with others.
At times they will join with the Men’s Group for the opportunity to practice their interpersonal skills with others.
FUN WITH MATES
Men’s Group
Connect with other men and develop your skills in communication and socialisation with other males. This group participates regularly in a variety of different activities and events that allow them to explore and discuss appropriate social interactions within the community.
Our Men’s Group offers a great variety of new and exciting ways to connect with others.
At times they will join with the Women’s Group for the opportunity to practice their interpersonal skills with others.
BOWLING FUN
Disco Bowling
In this fortnightly group you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal at a local club and then participate in a friendly and fun game of bowling under disco lights.
You will be supported to develop skills in communication, socialisation and money handling.
Hang out with your peers in a relaxed environment.
SUNDAY VIBES
Sunday Connect
Each fortnight join a group that is relaxed where you will have the opportunity to get out and about doing all those things that we love to do on a Sunday –
- check out a market
- go for a drive
- enjoy a nice lunch
- go for a picnic
- go walking
- listen to some music
Mostly late starts, you will be supported to develop skills in socialisation, communication and handling money.
Relax in a small group situation and feel those Sunday Vibes.
Share Your Interests
LIVE Music
The Social Connections Groups enjoy going to various live music locations where they can listen to great local music and participate in Karaoke Nights.
Live Theatre Show - GREASE
Social Connections Women’s Group travelled to Sydney to see the Live Stage Production of Grease.
Disco Bowling
This fortnightly Social Connections activity is highly anticipated by our participants. This event allows the group get to together to socialise, have fun and bowl!
Harvest Festival
The OPTIONS Social Connections ‘Women’s Group’ had a wonderful day exploring the different events of Central Coast’s Harvest Festival.
Sunday Connect
Our Sunday Connect group enjoyed a day spending time with each other exploring the Wyong area and supporting local businesses.
