Our Social Connections Events Catalogues are uploaded to our website every 3 months.
Our catalogues cover lots of different and exciting activities that cater to everyone’s social needs.
Our events and activities take us to all parts of the Central Coast, Hunter and Sydney Regions.

You can also be supported to Create an Adventure for special events, outings, concerts, shows and sporting events.
If you want to go to the movies, to a concert or have a special dinner to celebrate with friends, we can organise the Transport and Support.
PERSONALISED SUPPORT
Overnight Stays
Social Connections can also offer Overnight Stays for respite or to help with building your Independent Living Skills.
If you would like support to go away for a weekend or travel to different locations we can provide the support you need.
